Corkboard
Hi! Yes I've seen that. I just wrote a book about an alternate approach -- instead of trying to control teachers using means like those in the article, let's try trusting them! Teachers working like those at Avalon come up with effective ways to evaluate student and teacher performance (all by themselves!).

Hi! You joined the MAIN Citizen Solutions project, but not the teen project. It's ok to do both! But the teen project can be found at www.studentsspeakout.org

Hi Brett. When I suggested corkboarding it was to get the leaders/commentators into your dialogue. But I like the spin you're putting on it, too.

We could really use a dose of Brett and Nora in this week's discussion. Hope you'll post!

Brett -- I posted about Avalon in the Week 2 thread. Would you read it and perhaps provide more detail about how you all learn which Web resources are good vs. which are poor?

Wow Brett. You are VERY knowledgeable about chartered schools and I think your explanation was also very friendly in nature. Great job.

Hi! Glad you're on board. When Nora adds the project, we'll put your pic in the moderator box on the "achievement" home page.
