About Prospects & Possibilities
Prospects & Possibilities are community conversations for people to talk about issues, ideas and opportunities that affect their daily lives. They are an opportunity to generate ideas together about how to address the tough problems in their communities as well as influence decisions at the city, county and state level.
In the fall of 2010, there were 71 sessions conducted across North Dakota and South Dakota, reaching almost 2,000 people. Similar discussions took place in Minnesota. In addition to reporting here, on CitiZing, in early in 2011 the Foundation will release a summary report that shares the ideas and suggestions generated from these meetings. The report will reach elected officials, foundations and the general community.
