Integrated Resource Hubs: Advancement Strategy

Our tentative process for advancing and developing a policy framework that supports integrated resource hubs is as follows:

Objective: To identify and share best practices of integrated resource hubs across the state and to develop a policy framework that encourages more effective and navigable service integration.

Process:

• Collect examples from phase III work and carry out initial research on partnerships and hubs across the state in the following areas (but not limited to): Community-centered schools, neighborhood based service integration/ Promise Neighborhoods, city/county resource hubs.

• Conduct workshops and informational interviews to evaluate successful practices and processes that led to and sustained integration.

• Draft an initial framework that demonstrates successful integration strategies.
• Solicit feedback.

• Determine next steps to share framework and develop new hubs
