Students Speak Out: Parks and Trails

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) was tasked with creating a plan for how to spend money from the 2008 Legacy Amendment. In late 2010, teens' advice on a draft plan helped co-create a vision for the legacy of parks and trails.

Here's a final summary of teens' thinking. The final plan, incorporating this thinking, has now been submitted to the legislature!
