Shortly after completing the looney-laned 394 fiasco, and immediately creating 3 of the worst bottlenecks in the State, MnDOT geared up for another asinine highway expansion on 35W from Burnsville to Minneapolis. At a hearing at Richfield High School, beginning in the early evening and lasting into the a.m. hours of the next day, the public responded to MnDOT's highway expansion plan. -
